MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr Ng Eng Leong founded Gagasan Teguh Sdn Bhd in 1991 and was primarily responsible for the growth of the company during the early years. He manages all the important aspects of the company’s operation and ensures every project is completed to the satisfaction of the clients.

Mr Ng holds a Bachelor of Economics from La Trobe University, Australia and prior to starting Gagasan Teguh, he was the site co-ordinator for Gerudi Bumi Sdn Bhd and was in charge of many site investigation projects covering many geotechnical activities.

PROJECT DIRECTOR

Mr Michael Law possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge in the site investigation industry. He began as a site supervisor with Majumec Sdn Bhd in 1987and in 1990, he moved on to Geotech Recon as a site manager. He was promoted as Project Manager with Ujiteknik Sdn Bhd and managed three in-house teams and two outsourced teams in many significant site investigation projects in Malaysia and in Indonesia.

Mr Law holds a certificate in Computer Programming, City & Guilds, London (1987). Since joining Gagasan Teguh as Project Director in 2001, he has implemented a successful project management system to ensure the smooth running of every project undertaken.

PROJECT MANAGER

En. Ahmad Sayful Bin Mohamad hold a Bach. Of Applied Science (Geophysics) (Hons), graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia (2013) and on board with Gagasan Teguh Sdn Bhd in 2015 is assist to in charge of day to day operations of all ongoing projects including the management of all the in-house teams and sub-contractors. He executes the planning and co-ordinating activities of all parties involved at every stage of the project.

En. Mohd Zulfaiz Bin Abd Latif Bachelor of Science in Geology (Hons) Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia On board 2020 is assist to in charge of day to day operations of all ongoing projects including the management of all the in-house teams and sub-contractors. He executes the planning and co-ordinating activities of all parties involved at every stage of the project.

PROJECT MANAGER

Nik Mohamad Epi' Iffan B. Nik Hassan holds a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) Petroleum Geosciences graduated from Universiti Teknologi Petronas (2016) and on board with Gagasan Teguh Sdn Bhd in 2022 is assist to in charge of day to day operations of all ongoing projects including the management of all the in-house teams and sub-contractors. He executes the planning and co-ordinating activities of all parties involved at every stage of the project.

ASSISTANT SITE & QUALITY MANAGER

En. Amir bin Manan oversees the site conditions. He also responsible for execute the planning and coordinating activities of all parties involved at every stage of the project at site.

En. Amir joined Gagasan Teguh Sdn Bhd in 2016.

FINANCE CONTROLLER

Ms Sin Bee Hong has 30 years working experience in various industries. She has held the post of an Accounts Executive with the Logging and Sawmilling, F&B and ID industries.

Ms. Sin has been with Gagasan Teguh Sdn Bhd since 2010 and she is responsible to monitor the cash flow collection and payments, day to day general accounting related functions, liaise with Bankers and Auditors and overall management of subsidiaries and associated companies.

ASST. CONTRACT MANAGER

Pn. Fatihah oversees the Tendering & Contract Department. She also responsible liaise with client on the submission of tendering documents. Pn. Fatihah joined Gagasan Teguh Sdn Bhd as a Project Admin in 2019 and promoted as Contract Executive in 2022. Pn. Fatihah graduated from Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, holder of Bachelor of Applied Science (Natural Resources Science) (Hons).

OFFICE MANAGER CUM SENIOR HR

Pn. Irma Idayu is responsible for overseeing office management operations, including administrative functions, facility upkeep, equipment maintenance, and service agreements. She also supervises IT-related systems, coordinates office activities, and ensures smooth communication across departments. In addition, she manages key human resource functions such as recruitment, staff performance, disciplinary actions, employee welfare, training & development and compliance with labour laws.

With over 20 years of extensive working experience, Pn. Irma Idayu brings strong leadership and operational expertise to her role. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and joined Gagasan Teguh Sdn. Bhd. in 2023.
